He gets groomed about every 6-8 weeks so he has had MANY grooming appointments thus far and I have always been happy with the outcome and experience, Since the change of ownership I have continued to have good if not even better experiences here! Online scheduling makes it so convenient to book appointments and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming when I am there! And what I love most and makes me feel comfortable leaving my dog in the care of this establishment is you can tell the staff truly enjoys working with the dogs and loves them like their own pets. I am personally convinced my dog is not easy to groom at all and I apologize for his barking or high energy every time I leave the salon but the staff convinces me what a joy he is when he is there which eases my anxiety lol.
